Seaweed Paste used in Seaweed Dips & Spreads.
Seaweed jelly adds velvety texture easily.
Make anything into a dip, instantly.
The unfrozen seaweed paste makes some of the best spreads I have ever tasted. But freezing the paste makes an even richer and creamier consistency. It has a decidedly nutty taste, and makes a good base for pates, spreads, and puddings.
