How to Cook Seaweed for the Weight-loss Liquid Diet.

This is a very easy recipe.
Remember: seaweed is a food - so keep everything clean, and refrigerate when cool.
To clean utensils, stronger water pressure works better than hotter water to remove the Jelly.

Seaweed Weight-Loss Liquid Recipe






2 oz. dried seaweed (see seaweed classifications page #3)
8 cups fresh water (see cooking guide page 16)
(#1 - 3) Cut or break the dried seaweed into small pieces (explained on page 17).
(#4) Rinse well ( page 17 - to prevent the gelling phase from beginning). Drain.
(#5) Simmer in about 2 cups of fresh or distilled water, depending on seaweed type. (see cooking time guide page 16, also, how to avoid a bitter taste Page 3).
(#6) Put the seaweed in a blender ( pages 3- consistency for the weight-loss liquid recipes).
Recommendation:
If you want a more bland taste (page 17) .
Weight Loss Fasting and Seaweed Shake Recipes:
See the cooking guide on page 16 to adjust the amount of liquid used for making the Dieting Tea or Lemon Cleansing Recipe (page 19). For the Seaweed shakes, either the Fruit, Vegetable, or Milk Smoothies (page 20, 21) use either the Liquid, Jelly or Paste consistencies as per instructions on page 16.
