Blueberry Jam Seaweed paste turns any fruit into the perfect jam without pectin or sugar.
Pick over, wash, and measure:
4 cups Blueberries
Place them in a heavy saucepan. Stir and cook over low heat until cooked. Add:
¼ cup honey
¼ cup water-based seaweed paste
Cook until heated another five minutes. Place in hot sterilized jars.

Seaweed paste to thicken
Cook the cranberries and add honey and seaweed. Mix all ingredients and heat until simmering. Cool and refrigerate. |
