Seaweed Jelly & Paste used Raw

This raw seaweed jelly is the perfect raw diet!
Try it fermented to stimulate digestion, for it adds beneficial bacteria.

Naturally, every recipe that is not heated above 128° is considered raw. The raw seaweed jelly works in salad dressings, spreads and desserts. It freezes without any loss of consistency, so it is easy to have single portions in the freezer, which thaw in their wrapper in a glass of warm water within ten minutes - the perfect seaweed jelly for last minute party spreads and dips.

Seaweed Jelly-Diet: Raw Jelly & Paste Recipes

Balsamic Vinaigrette Raw Salad Dressing Balsamic Vinaigrette Raw Salad Dressing Just by changing the vinegar to white wine vinegar and eliminating the maple syrup, you can make a wonderful dressing for marinated raw vegetable, or green bean salads. The maple syrup unites the flavors in this recipe and gives a slightly sweet taste.

  • 3 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon green raw seaweed jelly
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Combine ingredients and whisk with a fork until smooth.

Raw Carrot SaladRaw Carrot Salad The ‘raw’ taste completely disappears in salads that use raisins or orange segments - they taste wonderful.

    Grate coarsely: 4 large carrots
    Add:

  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Mix and add:
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup raw water-based seaweed jelly
  • Toss and serve.
