Seaweed & Alcohol.

"Wine signifies the good of neighborly love and the good of faith, and in the supreme sense, divine truth from the divine good of the Lord." (Swedenborg 6377)

Seaweed additives are already widely used in beer and mixed drink syrups. It is what gives them their rich consistency - for without them, they would have the consistency of just plain water.

Using my Seaweed Liquid formula in mixed drinks, makes your favorite cocktail more nutritious, while adding a delicious creamy texture. Let the party begin!

Pre-made Seaweed Jelly Mixes.

The easiest way to use seaweed jelly in alcoholic drinks is to use the water-based liquid seaweed recipe (page 17) from the weight-loss diet. For sweet mixed drink recipes that call for syrups, make a sweetener-based mixture of honey and seaweed jelly. Moreover, for sweet mixed drinks that call for cream or milk, just add cream or milk to the honey-based seaweed jelly. Be sure to keep it refrigerated or make it fresh. Keep it on hand for parties, or freeze it as part of a quick bar set-up (it thaws quickly, and without separation).

Taste Test: Close Your Eyes

Originally, I mixed the water-based seaweed liquid with a glass of soda water and was surprised that despite the slightly cloudy appearance it actually had no taste. So rather than waste it, I added some scotch - it was really yummy!

The Seaweed Jelly-Diet: Chapter Highlights

Seaweed Weight-loss LiquidWeight-loss Seaweed Liquid If you like the taste of green tea, then you will enjoy the seaweed liquid used in the weight loss diet. I recommend the brown dried (Kelp) seaweed liquid, it mixes beautifully with any other liquid - for only pennies a day. You will be amazed at how it fills-you-up - and it is all calorie free!

Nutritional Seaweed Jelly Nutritional Seaweed Diet The Nutritional Diet adds about 20% of the seaweed jelly to your diet. Not only will you benefit from the perfect proportion of additional whole-green fiber, but using it will also turn you into an accomplished gourmet chef, because everything becomes tastier and creamier.

Seaweed Flavor Enhancing Paste Seaweed Paste: Baking & Dips The paste recipes are for the 'gourmet' in you. Every kind of food can be made into a delicious dip or spread. If your family dislikes the texture of peas or broccoli, just try it as a spread or a dip, and watch their attitudes change. Remember to add the seaweed paste to enhance taste and change texture into a rich consistency that is hard to resist.

Frozen Seaweed Paste Frozen Seaweed Paste : Desserts & Sauces Freezing the seaweed paste creates another dimension of decadent texture. The frozen paste recipes are for any special occasion. You have never experienced creaminess like this except in expensive cream chocolates. Keep some frozen, it makes the perfect base for pesto sauce, or garlic spread.

Textured Seaweed RecipesTextured Seaweed: Ground & Grated The texturing techniques are yet another innovative approach to seaweed. I have only included a few texturing techniques but if you are vegetarian or just require better nutrition in your recipes, then this is the area to explore.

Seaweed Cocktails - Alcohol Drink Recipes Seaweed Cocktails: Alcohol Whether you want to use these recipes for making scrumptious drinks for parties, or just to skip a meal, these recipes not only make every drink taste better, but they supply much needed nutrition.
