- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon creamed cheese
- 1 teaspoon brown or green seaweed Paste
- Seasoning, Salt, & pepper to taste.
Combine ingredients and whisk with a fork until smooth. Heat the oil in
a pan and add the egg mixture, stirring continuously until cooked. |
Savory Pesto Sauce Pasta
This recipe is a wonderful sauce for pasta or as a sauce for raw
vegetable salads.
- 1 cup packed basil leaves
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons brown oil-based seaweed paste
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- Seasoning to taste
Chop the basil leaves and add the rest of the ingredients in a blender
(or food processor), and blend into a thick puree. Blend with cooked pasta.
