Sour Cream Dip Sour Cream DipThis is a basic dip recipe to give you the idea of how to use the seaweed Jelly in ~ Read more: Order Book →.

  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • ½ tablespoon grated onion
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ cup brown seaweed paste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, white pepper

Optional: Add garlic.

Mix well and serve chilled.

  • 1 ripe avocado - mashed
  • Fresh lime juice
  • 1½ tablespoons brown or green seaweed paste
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Finely chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ cup finely diced tomatoes

Place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in the diced tomatoes. Serve at room temperature.
