Seaweed Jelly Salad Dressings.
The easiest way to get your portion of seaweed in your diet is to add it to salad dressings.
Seaweed Jelly freezes, thaws, and re-freezes flawlessly. Keep frozen portions on hand for salad dressings and soup bases. Just drop a spoonful onto clear wrap, tie, and freeze.

Honey Oil Vinaigrette Dressing This is a basic salad dressing. The seaweed Jelly makes this dressing
creamy and tasty without eggs or mayonnaise. Substitute the vinegar
for lemon juice or other vinegars.
3 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
1½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon brown or green seaweed jelly
Italian seasoning to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Add dry mustard or garlic.
Combine ingredients and whisk with a fork until smooth. |
Creamy Vinaigrette Dressing This recipe can be creamier if you add more milk or mayonnaise.

1 tablespoon milk
Seasoning to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
