Seaweed Jelly-Diet: Paste Recipes

Creamed Cheese Scrambled EggsCreamed Cheese Scrambled Eggs Seaweed jelly in eggs makes the fluffiest eggs I have ever tasted. Substitute the creamed cheese for any other cheese. Remember, this paste is concentrated, so just add a little bit. For a creamier result, use the milk-based seaweed paste. The process is the same for omelets, quiches, soufflés, and French toast.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon creamed cheese
  • 1 teaspoon brown or green seaweed paste
  • Seasoning, Salt, & pepper to taste.
  • Combine ingredients and whisk with a fork until smooth. Heat the oil in a pan and add the egg mixture, stirring continuously until cooked.
